I. Strength.

The strength of the H.K.V.R. on the 31st. March, 1917,

was 433 offiears warrant officers and men se against 403 officers warrant officers and men on the 31st. March, 1916.

During the year 76 new members joined the Corps and 46 members were allowed to resign by permission of the H. E. the Governor. The strength and compaction of the Corps as on the 31st. March, 1917, is shown on Table 1.
