1. The purchaser will be required to make a statutory
deolarastion in the appropriate form in the schedule to the Alien Enemies (winding up) Ordinances 1914 to
1917, in accordance with the provisions of section
14 of the Alien Enemies (Winding up) Ammadment
Ordinance, 1917, and he will be required to satisfy
the liquidator that the statements made in such
statutory declaration are accurate.
2. Should His Excellenoy the Governor for any reason
not approve of the purchaser the contract will be
rescinded by the liquidator and the deposit will be
returned without interest or expenses,
