You will be required to enter into an agreement to this effec with the Crown Agents for the Colonies and to find one surety for its due perfomance. In the alternative, if you prefer not to provide a surety, a deduction of 15% will be made from your salary for the first three years in consideration of the cost of your passare, The amount
