These recommendations are worded as per copies of forms attached. Copies of such recommendations are, however, not furnished to Civil Servants who

sort of tangible recognition of the services performed by members of the local armed forces of the Colony; by others outside the Civil Service employed by the Colonial Government on war work; and by members of the Civil Service, not being members of the local armed forces, who have not been permitted to offer their services with His Majesty's Armies beyond the Colony.
