a. She is not altogether accurate in her statements,

Is prone to contradict herself from day to day,

D

c. That she has always been a disturbing element in

the Sisters' Quarters, and since her transfer to

the Victoria Hospital, every one has been quite

happy and content.

2. That her health is not sufficiently robust, as there is

a good deal of ground to cover during the day, and it requires

one to be very firm and fleet of foot,

3. That she cannot work amicably with the Medical Staff

for my length of time and in my opinion it would be the

height of folly to appoint one so absolutely irresponsible

to such an important post as the Matron of the Medical Department

of Hongkong where one has the care and training of probationers

and the care and discipline of the Mursing Staff. It would be a

good thing if she were out of the Department.
