No. 565.-Regulations made by His Excellency the Governor relating to the Control of Ship-building and Ship-repairing Facilities.

Ship-building and Ship-repairing Regulations, 1916.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause 1 (a) of clause III of the Order of Her late Majesty Queen Victoria in Council dated the 26th day of October, 1890, as enacted by the Order of His Majesty in Council dated the 21st day of March, 1916, which were brought into operation in the Colony by Proclamations dated the 5th day of August, 1914, and the 12th day of May, 1916, respectively, His Excellency the Governor is pleased to make the following regulations :--
