but our business in Hong Kong and stations managed by Hong Kong has suffered considerably owing to existing conditions, and, we found it indispensable to have some kind of assurance from the Colonial Office, that by appointing Mesers. Reiss & Co. joint Agents with Messrs. Sanders, Rehders & Co. Ltd., our business at Hong Kong would be allow-
ed to continue its course unhampered.
