In further reference to the letter from the
Department of September the 21st, 1915, the Nursing
Committee have pleasure in recommending Kiss L.E.Graham
to the Secretary of State as a suitable candidate for
appointment of Nursing Sister on the Private Nursing
Staff of Hong Kong.
In
Miss Graham has been known to the Committee
since 1910, when her name was placed on the books.
the following year she was selected by them for the post
of Private Nurse in Mauritius, where she served satisfactorily
for three years, when her agreement terminated. Since
then, Miss Graham has been employed for nine months in
Charing Cross Hospital, in order to bring herself up to
date in Hospital methods. She subsequently joined the
Red Cross, and worked in Military Hospitals for eleven
months.
I beg to enclose herewith Kise Graham's
application form and papers, and to say that she will
be prepared to leave England as soon as required,
