for firms on the Statutory List, Lord Grey considers

that such goods need not, so far as he is concerned,

be detained provided that shipment was effected prior

to the inclusion of the consignees in the Statutory

List, but he would be glad if information as to the

consignor and consignee of such shipments could be

conveyed to him in due course.
