THAT the goods are the property of Filature & Filteries Reunies Societe Anonyme and were consigned by them for sale to their agents The Central Agency Limited, Glasgow, who hold the Bills of Lading, and who are being instructed to claim for the release of the goods and to have them forwarded to destination. As the goods are only accounted for by The Central Agency Limited after sale, no invoices were made out, despatch notes only having been sent, and these will be submitted by the Central Agency Limited.
AND the said Frans Lawrent Van de Veerssche made this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true and by virtue of the Statutory Declaration Act 1835.
