We are unable to produce full sets of the Bills of Lading, as
some of them have gone amissing in transit.
However, we can pro-
duce two copies of the Bs/Lading for all the Hongkong and Amoy goods,

J. & P. Coats, Ltd., to which latter are attached declarations by J. Stichelmans & Fils, and Filterie & Blanchisserie La Ninovite, both formerly in Ninove, Belgium, and now at Birmingham, certifying that the goods referred to therein were paid for by J. & P. Coats, Ltd., and are their property.

P.S. We are just informed by the Nippon YusenKaisha Shipping Co. of
London, who act for the shippers of the "Sigmaringen" cargo, that 62 cases out of the 81 cases mentioned in our letter of 29th July are being returned to the United Kingdom. The above- mentioned Steamship Co. received cable information only to this effect, and we regret we cannot give further particulars meantime,
