"Arrangements have been made for the liquida-tion of enemy firms in British Colonies and

Protectorates under the direction of the local

Governments. The Secretary of State for the

Colonies explains that trading with all firms in

the Colonies and Protectorates which are allowed

to continue carrying on business is legitimate."
