sir,
6th June, 1916.
!
I am directed by Secretary Sir E. Grey to
enclose a copy of a note from the Swiss Minister in
London concerning some delays that have arisen respect-
ing the correspondence between Messrs Liebermann & Walohli

Assuming that the communications referred to
may have been detained by the Cable Censor at Hong Kong

objection that enquiries may be made of the Governments
concerned, if possible by telegraph, whether this has beạn
the case.
The firm of Liebermann & Walchli does not appear
on the Black List.
The Under Secretary of State,

I am,

Your most obedient
humble Servant,
