Gentlemen,
With reference to your letter of the 28th ultimo on
the subject of certain permits for the shipment of Tin
by your Hong Kong House, I am directed by the Rubber and
Tin Exports Committee to inform you that authority to
permit the three shipsente in question was cabled to the
Governor of Hong Kong on the 28th ultimo, the 15th ultimo
and the 15th ultimo respectively.
A copy of this correndondence is being forwarded to
the Secretary of State for the Celonies, with special
reference to the last paragraph of your letter,
