I am directed by the Rubber and Tin Exports Committee
to transmit herewith, for the consideration of the Secretary
of State for the Colonies, a copy of a letter which has been received from Messrs. Mitsui & Company Limited in relation
to shipments of Tin by their Hong Kong House, and a copy
of the Committee's reply thereto.
The Committee would be glad to be favoured with Mr.
Secretary Bonar Law's opinion as to whether there is any
foundation for the allegation contained in the last para-
graph of Messrs. Mitsui's letter.
