declare that our Hamburg firm, Messrs. Jebsen & Jessen, assume

the co-responsibility for the credit granted to our Hongkong

House, Messrs. Jebsen & Co., against shipments of goods.

At the same time we are writing to our Hongkong House asking

them to let you have a similar declaration regarding our reimburse-

ment credit.
