By a pre-war arrangement facilities were granted up to
£ 10.000. to Messrs. Jebsen & Jessen of Hamburg, to be used by
their over-sea drafts accompanied by Documents for shipments of
Merchandise. These Documents were delivered by us free to Messrs.
Jebsen & Jessen who were to cover us for the respective draft-
amounts at their due-dates.
The above credit was granted under the joint and several
responsibility of Messrs. Jebsen & Jessen, Hamburg and of Messrs. Jebsen & Co., Hongkong, and the respective account shows & debit ba- Lance of 21763.15.4Value 31st December 1915 as per enclosed Statement
of Current account.
