of Lacao communicated to me by Minister of Foreign
Affairs.
Company was formed and reistered at
Hong Kong according to English law. Most of the
capital belongs to a Mr. Ricon, French Kission and
↑Siemens
Messrs. Siamane. The latter had a British and a
German branch in England and British Colonies, the
former only now exists.
