February, No 9393/16, with regard to the proposed

shipment of 15 piouls of Sesamum from Hong Kong

to Sunhopkee, Siam, I am instructed by the Director

of the War Trade Department to state for the

information of Mr. Secretary Bonar Law that as the

name of this consignee does not appear on the Siam

White List he is of opinion that the application

must be refused.
