obtaining from him or them a written undertaking that the
said articles are not to be exported from Spain directly
or indirectly to any country at war with Great Britain, or
to any country in Europe except to the countries, and in the
manner provided in the preceding paragraph 3, and without
satisfying ourselves that he or they will carry out such.

5. We will give you written notice of the export by
us of any leather or leather gooda manufactured from the
said hides or skins, or from any other hides or skins to
any foreign destination.
6. We undertake to afford auch of His Majesty's
diplomatic or consular officers as may be appointed for the
purpose every facility for satisfying themselves that we
are strictly adhering to this undertaking, on the
understanding that information derived from such inspection
shall be regarded as strictly confidential.
