This letter is of considerable interest, and
it may perhaps be useful to summarise its contents. The complainante protest
-
1. Against the internment of Germans in Hong Kong
2. Against the treatment of German property on
the following pointe :-
(a) Compulsory liquidation;
(b) Appointment of competitors to act as
liquidators.
3.The fact that these competitors have been allowed access to all the papers of the liquidated firms including those of their branches in China.
(4)The short time allowed between the appointment
of the liquidators and the internment of the partner.
