I am directed by the Lords Commissioners of His Majesty's Treasury to acknowledge receipt of your
13257 letter of the 4th instant,(73258/16), and its enclosed copy of a despatch from the Governor of Hong Kong from Which My Lords are glad to learn that the premium on Notes at Hong Kong, which formed the subject of Mr. Rad's letter of the 2nd August last, has now disappeared.
