With reference to your letter (No. 18995/1916) of the 29th April, I am directed by the Board of Trade to transmit to you herewith, for Mr. Bonar Law's information, a copy of a letter which they have caused to be sent to the International Banking Corporation in regard to certain cargo belonging to Messrs.
