I am directed by the Board of Trade to transmit to you herewith a copy of a letter which has been received in this Department from the International Banking Corporation relative to certain cargo which has been discharged at Leghorn from the German steamer "Ambria" together with copy of the draft reply which it is proposed to return thereto.
Having regard to the fact that the International Banking Corporation are acting in this matter on behalf of a firm carrying on business in Hong Kong, I am to enquire whether Mr. Bonar Law concurs in the terms of the suggested reply.
