I have the honour to transmit herewith a copy of a letter from Messrs. Bruuegaard, Kiøsterud and Company, White List Shipowners of Drammen. on the subject of two steamships being them at Hongkong, and to ask what reply/should. made to these gentlemen.
I would refer in this connection to my Despatch No. 2631 of this series of the 29th ultimo in which I had the honour to transmit a copy of a similar letter from Messrs. Hans Kiae and Company, White List Shipowners, of Ametad near Drammen.
