I may add for your information that I see no difficulty at the present time in making or confirming orders of deportation in cases where it is shewn that the persons charged are taking steps as members of a seditious body, such as the Ghair party, to further the aims of persons aiming at the subversion of government. to hold any enquiry which may come before the Supreme Court in open court.
