With reference to my letter No. 20286 of the
14th ultime I am directed by Viscount Grey of Fallodon
to transmit to you herewith copy of a despatch from
Hils majesty's Lirister at Feking relative to the
proposed Crder in Council.
Lord Grey concurs in the last para raph of wir
J. Jordan's despatch and would be glad to receive an
answer to the Foreign Cffice letter under reference
at r Chamberlain's early convenience.
