Alfred kuse Scott who was before the war the British Vice-Consul at Yap, Caroline Islands, although possibly a Fritish subject, is really an employà of the German Jaluit
Company.
It is possible that this information may be useful for your guidance as it is also know that br. Scott was in correspondence as recently as Lay last with ¥. Werner of the German Legation Guard at
Peking.
