Art 14

Upon the payment of the full value of the

shares subscribed for by the applicant, the Bank of China

shall immediately hand to him the corresponding share

scrips.

Art 15.

In case of purchase, sale or transfer of

share scrips by a shareholder, the scrips so dealt with

should be endorsed on the back by the seller or the

person surrendering his scrips, and the purchaser or

successor to the rights shall present the share scrips ti

at the Bank of China to have the name changed and the

transfer registered; for this service of transfer sither

the seller or the purchaser shall pay the sum of 10 cents

per scrip.

Art 16.

In case of the inheritance of the shares as

which necessitates the change of the name on the scrips,

the beneficiary shall present the share scrips concerned

together with the legal certificates at the Bank of China

for registration and w change of the name on the

scrips, for which service the beneficiary shall pay the

sum of 10 centa per. scrip.

Art 17. Should a shareholder desire to change the

name of the person or firm on the share scrips, he may

consult the Bank respecting the HE sama; but he shall

send the scrips together with a certificate to the Bank

for registration and change of the name, for which service

he shall pay the sum of 10 cents per scrip.

Art 18. Any shareholder desiring to change the name

on the scrips should send a specimen of his seal to the

Bank together with his share scrips.
