Bank of China. Shareholders Regulations.
Chapter 1. Shares
Art. 1. The Bank of China is, in accordance with the
previsions of Art 1. of the Banking Regulations, a
limited liability company.
Art 2. In accordance with Art. 2 of the Banking Regu-
lations the capital of the Bank of China shall be

$ 60,000,000 divided into 009,000 shares of ₫ 100 each.
Art 3. Respecting the capital of the Bank of China,
with the exception of the g′ 10,000,000 which the Government
has already invested in the Bank and the ✅ 10,000,0
to be now added, another sum of g 18,000,000 shall be
raised by public subseription in the form of 100,000
commercial shares in accordance with Art 2 of the Regu
lations of the Bank of China.
Chapter 2. Subscriptions and payment of shares
Art 4. All persons investing money in the Bank of China
shall be its shareholders,
Art 5. If a share is geld by several persons only the
name of one of them can be registered as the shareholder.
Art 6. Intending subscribers may apply for shares at
the head office or any of its branch banks or agencies,
or other plases duly authorised to accept applications
for shares by the Bank of China.
Art 7. At the time of application the sum of g 5 per share shall be paid as a guarantee for the shares subscribed
for, for which a certificate shall be issued by the Bank.
