A protest has been made by Government of
against United States of America three cases of small arms ammunition consigned to E.K. Spillman of Bangkok by Montgomery Ward and Company of Chicago being detained
at Hongkong.
Has license been issued by Goverment of Siam or is the consignment being allowed to proceed being objected to by that Goverment.
