British-American Tobacco Company, Limited, under
the China (Companies) Order in ouncil and to
request a ruling on the point raised by the
Company's solicitor.
The Company has agencies and traveller:
throughout China though its head office staff is
largely american and in the local Hong List one
is referred under British-American Tobacco Company
Limited, to the American firm of "ustard and
Company, and under l'ustard and Company the
