I have the honour to transit herewith copy
of despatch addressed by His sjesty's Consul-
General at-lunaanfu to the Governor of langkong
snclosing a complaint from the Tutuh that the
Authorities of Kuangkung Provinse were being
llowed to interfere in en arbitrary canner with the operations of the blangkone branch of the
Futien Bank. A copy of the Covern r's reply to
Ir Goffe's despatch showing that the Yunnanese
Authorities had greatly exaggerated the seturl
