#ith reference to the Foreign office despatch No. 39 of December 22nd last, relative to the snipment to their original destinations of certain portions of the cargo of the German b.b. "Bayern", i am directed by Lecretary Lir E. Grey to transmit Lo you nerewith a further list of items, to the shipment of which his Majesty's Gov Trent have decided that there is no objection.
i wn therefore to requent that you will iɛɛUO, on application being made to you, in regard to any,
or all, of these items, a document similar to that described in the second paragraph of the Foreign Office despitch above referred to.
1 also enclose a list of firms in China approved by his majesty Government, and you should satisfy yourself that the consignees of any items
