In view of these circumstances, Xr. Page is further

fireated by his Government to request that Sir Edward

Grey will be good enough to cause to issue the necessary

instructiona in order that these goods may not be returned

to Singapore pending the receipt of further telegraphic

information in reference to the facts of the case.
