Gentlemen,
I am directed to inquire if you can arrange
for earlier despatch through the Colonial Office of the Quarterly Returns of cash balances and securities held in trust by yourselves on behalf of this Government, which under existing arrangements are not received for three
to four months after the end of each quarter.
