With reference to your

letter No. 36472/1915

of the 16th August 1915, relative to the payment

of 9/- from Hong Kong funds to Dr. James Graham in

respect of medical attendance from August 1st to August

3rd 1914 on Mies M.A.Lee, Sister, Medical Department,

Hong Kong, I have the honour to enclose a letter in

original which we have received from Miss Lee regarding

this matter.

We presume that the instructions received by

the Treasury at Hong Kong to recover the amount from

Miss Lee were issued by your Department as we took no

action on your letter beyond making the payment to

Dr.Graham.

We have informed Miss Lee that her letter

has been forwarded to you.
