With reference to Admiralty Letter M.08842 dated 12th December 1915, forwarding copy of a letter to the Treasury respecting the terms agreed upon in connection with the new Wireless Station at Cape d'Aguilar, I am commanded by My Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty to request you to inform the Secretary of State for the Colonies that the Rear Admiral, Hong Kong, has since reported that the Colonial Government will bear the whole cost of maintenance of Cape d'Aguilar Wireless Station if the Admiralty wil send Colonial work from the station at Stonecutters Island free of charge at times when Cape d'Aguilar is broken down.

2.- This arrangement, in which My Lords concur has received the approval of the Treasury, and the Rear Admiral, Hong Kong, has been informed accordingly.
