Referring to your letter of the 26th. October,
I am directed to state that permission has been given for the shipment to Bangkok of the condensed milk consigned to the
American Mission. It is understood, however, that the shipping Company propoes to refer the matter to the Bhippere before they forward the consignement.

I may refer you in this sorrection to Mr.
Bevern's letter of the 6th. January last. This Governmert
