I have the honour to soknowledge the receipt of

your oerfidential letter No. 2889/1915 of the 6th. instant

relative to the applionilma ef är. Spilman and Mr. Taylor of Bangkok for transhipment at Hongkong of osrtain arma and

ammunities, in which you enquire as to the ownership of

the shipping mark A. P. I...

In reply I have the honour to inform you that

this mark is used by the American Presbyterian Hission of

Bangkok, to which bady both Mr. Spilman and Mr. Tayler, whe

are American citizen, baiezɛ.

I have duly notified Vesers. Spilman and Taylor

that expert of the arms and ammunities in question from

Hongkong dannet be allowed at present.
