The object of this ordinance is to introduce here
the provisions of the bills of Exchange Act, 1914, 4 & 5

The bill was introduced at the instance of one of
the local banks and ts introduction was approved by the
Chamber of Commerce.
In my opinion this is an ordinance to which His
Excellency the Governor may properly assent in the name of
His Majesty and on His behalf.
