he object of this ordinance is to empower trustees
trust
to invest/funds in the loan authorised by the War Loan
Ordinance, 1916, Ordinance "o. 12 of 1916.
In my opinion this is an Ordinance to whion Tie
Excellency the Governor may properly assent in the name
of His Majesty and on His behalf.
