I referred to the Crown advocate the question contained in your letter of yesterday's date, relating to & shipment of 100 pieces Mild Soft Stool Plates ex e... "Scandia" consigned to Messrs. ɓander, Vieler and Company.
The Grown Advocate advises that, if the goods
are sold as inijosted by you, there is no objection provided always that the realisation of the goods and the remittance of the price does not relieve an enemy of a liability or otherwise put them in sredit.
As it would appear from the enclosure in your letter that Messrs. Sander, Wieler and Company have refused to pay the draft, the transaction contemplated would seem to be in
order.
