the desirability of an adequate supply of Electric Light in

order be transferred from Class "C" to Class "B" in schedule

immediate effect of hestening on the work in respect of our
requirements it would no doubt be of considerable benefit
when the works which have then in hand are once more free
from the more important War matters, with which they must at

have been successful in getting their new Electric Plant, new
