I ask for authority to provide salaries
in the estimates for next year in Class one for Superintendent of Imports and Exports Class two Deputy Superintendent and Class three Assistant Superintendent Department concerned now one of the most important and the duties most responsible and arduous and are increasing. Three Cadet Officers are at present employed. If you approve I shall address you on subject of filling of the appointments as from January 1st.
