Hay permission be given for particulars
of exchequer bonds and coupons on Income Tax form a number 2 to be left blank date of declaration under guarantee of) Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation that form will be completed properly by them before presentation. Bends and coupons purchased locally are held by HongKong and Shanghai Banking Corporation London on behalf of local purchasers because of war risk and for general convenience and particulars cannot be got under 3 months by post.
