Your telegram 20th May exportation Hics from United Kingdom to Japan allowed only if consigned to British Consular agent for approved firms who have given prescribed guarantee understanding that Chinese Mica which has reached London market is not quality required for production of munitions and therefore no objection to exportation of Chinese
should Mice now in Hongkong to Japan on above conditions you
ank British Ambassador at Tokyo to inform you of approved firms following already approved of American Treading Company Healing Mitsui it is possible that better grade Mica now produced in Thing and if further consignment reach Hongkong you should submit samples for consideration of Minister Munitions when matter will be considered further.
