Companies established outside the Golony,
'252--(1) Every company insurperated outside the Colony which shall establish a plass of business within the Colony, shall
within one month from the establishment of the place of
business file with the registrar of comparis#-
(a) a certified copy of the charter, statuilla,
memorandum and artielss of the company, or other
instrument constituting or defining the constitution
of the company, and, if the instrument is not
written in the English language, a certified
translation in the English language thereof;
(b) a list of the directers of the company;
(a) thì names and addresson of some one or more persons
resident in the Colony authorized to assept on
behalf of the company serviss of prestas and
motions required to be served on the company;
any
and, in the event of any alteration being made in such
instrument or in the directers or in the names or addresses
of say such persons as aforesaid, the company shall within thờ presceribed time file with the registrar a notios of the
alteration.
(2) Any presses or neties required to be served an ti company shall be sufficiently served if addressed to any person whose nang bês been so filed as aforesaid and left at
er sent by post to the address which has been so filed.
(8) Every company to which this avotiem applies shall in avery year file with the registrar such a statement in this
form ofɑ balanes shoot as would if it were a company formed
and registered under this Ordinance and having a share
sapital, be required under this Ordinance to be included in
the sanual summary.
