Sir,
I have the honour to submit for the signification
of His Majesty's pleasure the following Ordinance intituled:-
An Ordinance to authorize the Appropriation of a
Supplementary Sum of Three millions nine hundred and forty-seven thousand and twenty-seven Dollars and forty-one Cents, to defray the Charges of the
Year 1915. No. 7 of 1916.

The usual report by the Attorney-General is
I have further to transmit in accordance with Colonial Regulation No. 255 the Appropriation Account for the year 1915 which embodies full information respecting the excesses and savings under each subhead of the Estimates of expenditure.
The periodical returns forwarded with my despatch 279 of even date show fully the reasons for this supplement-
-ary appropriation.
