Most of the persons specified in the list contained

in my former letter received before their departure the

for various reasons was met made in the case of Mosara.

Widmann, Timoke, Neidt, Marquardt and Matthiesen, but Mosara.

Marquardt and Matthiesen drew their allowance for the month

of January.

Accordingly, I would ask you to be good enough

to advance the following aneunte to the fellewing prisoners,

in erder te cever the peried ending en 5ist. March. The

amounts in brackets are the dellar allewanoes, and the sterling amounts are the equivalente of those dellar amounts at 1/11%

the exchange rate on the lat. February, 1916.
